This year marks the eleventh annual Harvest of Hope Gala for JMDF and we know this will be the best one yet! We are excited to announce that this year's gala will be at the Heinz Field on Saturday October 3, 2020!

Mark Sevco
President of UPMC McKeesport and UPMC East
Mark Sevco is currently the President of UPMC McKeesport and UPMC East where he is responsible for business development, strategic planning, physician relations and daily operations. Mr. Sevco has lead the leadership team in the modernization of UPMC McKeesport and the services that are being offered through the hospital. He has been Vice President of Operations for UPMC Presbyterian/Shadyside. He was executive director of Pediatrics at Children's Hospital and Vice President of UPMC Cardiovascular Institute. Mr. Sevco has a Masters degree in health administration from the University of Pittsbugh. Mark has been instrumental in assisting with the development and furthering the mission of the JMD Cancer Resource Center at UPC McKeesport.
Dr. Rahat Chaudhry
Pulmonogist at UPMC McKeesport
Dr. Rahat Chaudhry is a Pulmonogist at UPMC McKeesport. He received his medical degree from King Edward Medical University and has been practicing medicine for 41 years. He served his internship at UPMC McKeesport and his Fellowship and Residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. D. Chaudhry is certified in internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease and has served as Director of th Pulminary Department at UPMC McKeesport since 1996. He has also been the Vice President of the Medical/Dental staff as well as Chairman of the Critical Care Committee. Dr. Chaudhry has helped many patients cope with cancer in he Mon Valley area.

Linda Barnes
Chairman of the JMDF Supporters formerly known as the McKeesport Relay for Life.
Linda Barnes has been instrumental in raising thousands of dollars for cancer research through the American Cancer Relay for Life for the last ten years. Linda was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006 and decided that she should help others with cancer. She has worked as a certified public accountant for 53 years. She is currently the leader of the JMD Supporters who raise money for cancer victims in the Mon Valley area. She is proud to be part of the JMD Foundation where she can continue to help cancer patients, their families, and their caregivers.
Dr. Rudolph A. Antoncic Jr.
UPMC McKeesport
Dr. Rudolph A. Antoncic Jr. has been a practicing physician in the McKeesport area for the past 30 years. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada in 1981 and served his residency in internal medicine at McKeesport Hospital until 1984. He served on the Executive Committee at UPMC McKeesport and was president of the medical staff from 2006-2008. Dr. Antoncic has received numerous other honors and awards related to his medical career, athletic achievement, and community service. Most importantly, he has been a devoted physician to many cancer patients in his practice and has been known for his abiding commitment to the Mon Valley

Mr. D. James Heatherington
UPMC McKeesport
D. James Heatherington has been a life long member of the McKeesport community. For 40 years, Mr. Heatherington served the families of our community as a local funeral director. He also established and operated the McKeesport Private Ambulance Service for many of those years. However, his contribution to the McKeesport community has far exceeded his professional services.
The JMD honors Mr. Heatherington in 2016 for his many years of commitment and service in volunteer leadership roles for the McKeesport Hospital, now UPMC McKeesport. Jim is a member and past President of the Board of Directors of the McKeesport Hospital Foundation, a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and a member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of UPMC McKeesport Hospital, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board.
Dr. Mohammad Idrees
UPMC McKeesport
Dr. Idrees is a member of the active staff in the department of medicine, division of general internal medicine and division of infectious diseases at UPMC McKeesport since 1973. He is the chair of the Infection Control Committee since 1974.
Dr. Idrees earned his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College Multan of Punjab University. He completed an internship at New Hanover Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina and residency in Internal Medicine at C.W. Long Hospital of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He completed his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Idrees is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the Allegheny County Medical Society and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Dr. Idrees served as president of the medical staff in 1993-1994
